2022 Taoyuan Coffee Festival - "Experimenting with Coffee"
Gathering specialty coffee brands in northern Taiwan, Taoyuan opens up the infinite possibilities of its food and leisure industry
The 2022 Taoyuan Coffee Festival is to be held at Galaxy Square in Zhongli from October 1 to 2. Under the theme of "Experimenting with Coffee", the two-day event this year brings together local businesses in the food market zone comprised of different areas. Visitors can check out coffee brands in the "Good Coffee－Taste," baked pastry in the "Good Coffee－Teatime," cultural creative products in the "Good Coffee－Creative," and diverse delicacies in the "Good Coffee－Gourmet."
In the "Good Coffee－Taste" area, coffeehouses, roasters, and baristas awarded by the 2022 Northern Taiwan Specialty Coffee Evaluation proudly present their specialty coffee brands to celebrate the coffee festival.
Brewing with attention to detail and combining the meticulousness of scientists, professional barista trainers of the courses in the "Experimenting with Coffee" will offer 12 brewing experience sessions in these two days. Participants will have the opportunity to experience coffee roasting, latte art, pour-over coffee brewing, coffee fortune-telling, dyeing fabrics with coffee grounds, and so on.
The 2022 Taoyuan Coffee Festival plans to give away early-bird gifts, check-in gifts, and other small gifts to visitors. In addition, those who spend more than NT$300 at the Festival or contracted stores in the Liuhe Shopping Area will be eligible to enter a raffle draw for a chance to win a Yamaha electric scooter, iPad Pro, Dyson vacuum cleaner, or other prizes with a total prize value of more than NT$1 million.
